Child Care

Child Care will ONLY be provided IF we have enough volunteers for the other teams on Friday.  Volunteers who sign up for this team are subject to being moved to another team.

We will offer childcare on the Friday before the sale, 
between 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.  This service is primarily for the convenience of the volunteers working with the Donations, Sales Floor Set-Up, Merchandise Display and Consignor Drop-Off Teams.

Description:  Child care will be located in an ELP classroom on the second floor of the school. 

There will be three adults staffing the child care room, with rotated breaks to be worked out among the team members.  Team members may read to children, direct them in constructive play, take them to the restrooms, and provide snacks.  Snacks and diapers must be furnished by the parents and are required. 

If we will offer Child Care, a signup will be created for volunteers to register their child(ren) for child care.  At that time they must complete a health information (e.g., allergies) and contact information form for each child.  Child Care volunteers will use cell phones and walkie-talkies to reach parents if necessary.

A complete description of the volunteer responsibilities for this team will be sent to you by the Team Manager if you volunteer for this team.
