Team Role:  On the Friday before the sale, the Consignor Check-In Team is responsible for greeting each Consignor as they arrive to drop off their items for the Sale and ensuring the items meet the Sale's Condition Standards. 

There are three shifts for the Consignor Check-In Team on Friday: 11:00am-1:00pm, 1:00-3:00 pm, 3:00-5:00pm.

Volunteer Responsibilities:  As Consignors arrive, Team Volunteers will work as two-person teams, greet each Consignor, and:
  • verifiy that each Consignor has completed a 2017 Consignor Agreement,
  • make a quick inspection of their items to ensure items meet the Sale's Condition Standards, and  
  • check that each item has a properly attached and correctly completed sales tag, and
  • that clothing items are correctly hung on an appropriate sized hanger.  

Child Care will be offered during this period if we have enough volunteers for the Consignor Check-In and Merchandise Display Teams.
