Items to be consigned should be brought to the Atrium  (adjacent to the Sanctuary) on Friday, November 10, 2016, between 11:00 am - 5:00 pm.  Please do not bring items to the Church except during these hours.  At 5:00 pm the sales floor will be closed.  At 5:30 pm all items MUST be on the sales floor.  We must keep to this schedule to accommodate the Friday evening Volunteer & Consignor Pre-Shop.

Consignor Check-In  
The first step is for you to bring all your items for consignment to the Atrium of the Church. 

The second step, once all your items are inside, is to check in with the Consignor Check-In Manager.  The Manager will verify your Consignor Number and confirm you have submitted a 2017 Consignor Agreement.  If you have not, you will have to complete one. 

The third step of the Consignor Check-In is to have your items reviewed by a Consignor Check Team Volunteer / Team.  Their job is to make sure your items are on the list of "Acceptable to Consign" and meet the Sales' "Condition Standards".  Any item "Not Acceptable to Consign" will not be accepted.  The Consignor Check-In Team Volunteer / Team also looks to see that you have completed and attached your sales tag correctly.  If not, you will have to correct your tags and/or attach them properly.  See "Sales Tag Instructions".

If you are consigning a car or booster seat review the instructions found under "Acceptable to Consign" and bring the completed Consignor Car Seat Waiver with you to Check-In.

If you are consigning a crib, please review the instructions found under "Acceptable to Consign" and bring the completed Consignor Crib Checklist with you to Check-In.

Merchandise Display
After the Consignor Check-In Team has completed their responsibilities, you may begin  placing your items on the Sales Floor.  Members of the Merchandise Display Team will help you as much as possible.  

Consignors are responsible for placing their items on racks and/or tables as designated.  There will be signs on the walls, clothing racks and all tables.

Note: In order to be fair to all Volunteers and Consignors, there can be no pre-sale shopping in the parking lot or elsewhere on AUMC premises during Drop Off times.  Sales for items outside of the Consignment Sale should take place away from the premises of AUMC.
