Team Role:  On the Thursday and Friday  before Sale Day, the Sales Area Set-Up Team is responsible for setting up all areas of the sale, including the upper level entrance area, Wright Hall, the ELP hallway, and Atrium including the cashier, entrance and exit areas. 

Men are helpful on this team.  Tables, chairs and clothing racks are HEAVY.  ANY adult can earn a Consignor volunteer hours.  

Volunteer Responsibilities:  Team volunteers will work with AUMC staff  to accomplish the following tasks: 
  • bring clothing racks and tables to Wright Hall; 
  • remove folding chairs from chair racks and transform racks into two-sided, two-level clothing racks
  • set up the sales areas according to the Room Plan 
  • move round and rectangular tables from classrooms or storage closets and setting them up in the Sales Area according to the Room Plan
  • assemble metal clothing racks
  • placement of directional signage throughout the space and on individual clothing racks and tables.
